NEW YORK, Dec. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a digitally native technology services company focused on creating digital journeys, today announces the addition of John Raveret, previously of Cognizant, as EVP of Strategy.

 Raveret served as the Global Head of Corporate Development for Cognizant. As a member of its leadership team for over 15 years, he was instrumental in helping the company grow from a revenue base of $100 million to over $12 billion. While at Cognizant, Raveret successfully led an M&A program that closed 30 transactions, representing over $3.5 billion in aggregate consideration.

At Globant, John will be responsible for leading strategic organic initiatives and business units with the goal of achieving greater recognition and a deeper worldwide presence.
